Standard production time is 10 business days. Holidays and weather may cause delays. Rush orders are available at an additional cost.
All artwork must be approved via digital proof sheet provided through email. Artwork must be checked for spelling, color, sizes ordered, placement of the art and accuracy of artwork by the customer. Customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing process. Logoed Tees will not accept responsibility for misspelling, graphics, damaged fonts, punctuation, finished product size.
Any modifications requested after customer approval will result in production delays and may require additional expenses.
Any delays in the approval process longer than 24 hours after receipt of the proof could result in production delays.
You represent and warrant to Logoed Tees that you have the unrestricted right to use, copy and distribute each copyright, trademark, graphic, artwork, name, or any other intellectual property in the way it is to be used on the products you have ordered. We assume no responsibility for damages or any wrong doing that the customer may cause using a logo, trademark, or copyrighted items.
