Refunds or Reprints May be Granted for the Following:
-Misplaced printing position
-Wrong color printed (Excluding custom matched or custom blended colors)
-Poor quality of actual garments
-Wrong garment used, style or color
-Wrong design printed
Refund and Reprints will not Granted for the Following:
-Poor print quality as a result of poor artwork
-Spelling errors/typographical errors on customer artwork
-Poor quality artwork if customer declines art charges/additional design work on supplied designs
-Rush orders
-Wrong size ordered or garment sizing
-Color discrepancies if no exact color matches are requested
Logoed Tees is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density.
Logoed Tees will try it’s best to match the gradient density of each color. Logoed Tees is not liable for the final appearance of a color.
